15 minutes - $45. 30 minutes - $75. 45 minutes - $115. 60 minutes - $130. 90 minutes - $180. 2 hours - $240.

Rachel Jane Registered Massage Therapist

Rachel graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in 2022.

As a Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Teacher and marathoner, she has a deep passion for working with others toward building a strong, healthy & resilient body.

Rachel has taken additional courses in cupping and sports therapy to better serve her client’s needs and enjoys working with other athletes in rehabilitating after injury, maintaining to avoid injury, or enhancing current performance.

For fun, she runs (a lot), cycles, hikes, reads and spends quality time with her 3 kids.
